REGION / PRIVACY
Privacy policy
This notice covers the current free, local-first version of Region Studio.
Updated: 2026-10-06
Work and assets
Projects and imported images are processed in this browser and autosaved to local IndexedDB. There are no accounts and the app does not automatically upload your work or assets. Temporary demos do not write to your workspace.
Language and shortcuts
Language and custom shortcuts are saved in this browser’s localStorage to restore your preferences. They contain no artwork.
Network requests and access logs
Pages, scripts, fonts and demos are served by this site. The app has no advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting may log IP addresses, times and paths; retention depends on the deployment. This does not upload artwork stored in your browser.
Backup, retention and deletion
Local data remains until you clear site data or the browser reclaims storage. Private browsing and changing devices can prevent recovery. Download a .region backup before clearing this site’s data in browser settings. Manage downloaded files yourself.
Future cloud features
Cloud storage is not enabled. Before it is offered, this notice will explain uploads, providers and deletion. Synchronization will require you to enable it explicitly.
